Please find below some ideas of the kinds of things I would like to cook for your event. These are by no means an exhaustive list (far from it in fact) but will hopefully give you an idea of the kind of cook I am.
Each function is different – different kitchens, different clientele, different brief; and therefore each menu is constructed with specific criteria in mind, alongside detailed discussion with the client.
No two menus are ever likely to be the same, so I believe it is more helpful to give ideas rather than set menus with prices.
