““From the minute (and I do mean the very minute) that Sarah and I exchanged emails about whether she was free to cater our wedding in August 2021, I just knew that she was "the one." Her expert knowledge and enthusiasm came through so clearly - even over email - and we were so excited to work with her for our wedding. In every interaction we had with Sarah, she was so professional and so kind, and nothing was too much trouble for her. What we loved most was how flexible she was; unlike most caterers who want you to pick from a "set menu," Sarah put the ball in our court, constantly asking us what WE would like, and then making it happen. She really puts the couple and their wants first, and with such creativity helps their vision to come to life. The food tasting was one of the most enjoyable days we had in the wedding planning. Sarah cooked up a feast for us, and we tried so many options (even when the buttons on jeans started to strain!) As the day grew closer, Sarah became a "confidant" and we would turn to her for advice and tips. On the day itself, Sarah and her team go above and beyond catering - they all coordinate together, ensuring everything is taken care of and that things are running to time, but being so flexible when they (inevitably!) don't. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was a little stressful - to say the least! - but Sarah was consistently supportive and made us feel really taken care of. In more ways than one, Sarah was our guardian angel and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone.” ”

“Wasn’t it just an incredible day! I honestly cannot thank yourself, Katie and all your brilliant and gorgeous kitchen and waiting staff. The food was absolutely insane! The desserts are still being talked about! I’ve honestly never been to a wedding where it ran so perfectly from start to finish, with so many extra added touches and so much thoughtfulness from your team. I was absolutely blown away. “I just can't BEGIN to tell you how pleased we were with all you and your magnificent team did for us at Kitty and Rhys's wedding on Saturday. The food, drink, service and general can-do attitude of everyone was a joy to behold, and I have just heard so many very complimentary comments about it all. The canapes were wonderful - utterly delicious, and as someone said, they just never stopped!! It made for such a happy Reception, out on the beautiful terrace in glorious weather. As for the main course, the lamb was succulent and mouthwatering - cooked to perfection and the couscous and vegetables went with it so well. I was bowled over, as I know many other people were. All served so quickly and efficiently by Katie's fantastic team of waiters and waitresses. The puddings were more delicious than I remember (and they were scrummy when I tasted them at your house!). I just can't enthuse enough about the excellent quality of everything, Sarah - I really will start repeating myself. ”

“A common theme in our thank you cards and comments from everyone was how utterly delicious the food was. Of course we can hardly disagree with them - it was all mouth wateringly tasty and beautifully presented, in many ways even better than what we remembered from our tasting (which was already a very high bar!).

We will remember it all forever. What our guests did not see, however, was the way you went about creating such a feast for us all to enjoy - from our very first exchange of emails we knew we were onto a winner, and since then we’ve been constantly impressed and grateful for your creativity, enthusiasm, emotional support and ultimately your extremely high standard of cooking. We are so pleased to have found you and we are already thinking of excuses for our next party so we can work with you again (though of course as you say, it hardly feels like work, particularly from our perspective!). We were only sorry that we didn’t get to see you on the day itself - though we hear from reports that you were to be seen clearing up spillages on the dance floor - talk about going the extra mile!

“Finding a caterer for your wedding is a daunting task but from the very first email with Sarah we knew we had picked the perfect person for the job! She was so excited about our ideas and made excellent suggestions to help us piece together our menu.

From the tasting right the way through until the day her enthusiasm, friendliness and attention to detail made the whole experience such a joy. Everyone commented on how delicious and beautifully presented the food was and Sarah and her staff worked so hard on the day to make everything perfect. Our guests from Yorkshire said it was the best beef they had ever tasted and they were right! We couldn't have asked for more, thanks for everything!”
